The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose specifications and sales prices are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website [www.magazaadi.com].

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that it has been informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the product subject to the contract on the [www.magazaadi.com] website and has given the necessary approval electronically.
4.2. The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER via a courier company, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. Otherwise, the BUYER may terminate the contract.
4.3. The SELLER is obligated to deliver the product subject to the order complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and accompanied by warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.4. For product delivery, this contract must be electronically confirmed and the payment must be collected using the payment methods specified by the SELLER. Otherwise, the SELLER is not obligated to deliver the product.
4.5. If the SELLER cannot deliver the product within the delivery period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions preventing shipment or transportation interruptions, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER. The BUYER may cancel the order, request a replacement for the product with a similar product, or request a postponement of the delivery date.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to them or to the person/entity at the address provided, without giving any reason or paying any penalty.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear notification must be given to the SELLER via email or telephone within this period, and the product must be returned unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging.
5.3. The shipping costs for products returned under the right of withdrawal are covered by the BUYER (unless otherwise stated). Following the notification of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 10 days.
5.4. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER in the same manner as the payment was made within 14 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT VALID
The BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the following products:
• Products prepared in accordance with the consumer's special requests or personal needs
• Products whose packaging has been opened and that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
• Products that have been used, washed, or whose resale value has been compromised
• Products that cannot be disassembled after installation or assembly

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties agree that the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts in the BUYER's location shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this contract, within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade.

This agreement shall enter into force on the date it is electronically approved by the BUYER.
